I had a great value for my money at this hostel. The room was comfortable, with a comfy bed, personal light, and socket in each capsule. The location was perfect, right along Paseo de la Reforma and close to public transportation. The staff treated me very nicely and were always helpful.
One thing that could make the breakfast better is to have more variety in the options provided.

I recently stayed at Capsule in the heart of the city for three nights. The capsule beds were a unique experience with a curtain for privacy and personal light and power inside. The small rooftop terrace was a nice touch, although it was the only common area. The cleanliness was impressive and the staff were friendly. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The curtains provided extra privacy and the price was attractive.
I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a great hostel for a few nights. The staff was kind and tried their best to help, even though they spoke limited English. Tania was particularly kind when I got ill from food poisoning. The hostel was clean and secure, with individual lockers and keys for each guest. The curtains in the dorm room provided privacy, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, close to a mall and major avenues. it was a good value for money and I felt safe during my stay.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

my recent stay at that cozy mexican hostel felt like a dream. the private capsule bed was a game-changer, offering a quiet and relaxing night's sleep. the staff was so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. plus, the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and convenient stores. a true value for the money.
Something was missing though.

One of the best aspects of this hostel was the sense of privacy offered by the capsule design. Each capsule had its own individual AC plug, giving guests the convenience of charging their devices without having to fight over outlets. The location of the hostel was also a highlight, with easy access to the metrobus station and the vibrant Juarez district. the hostel provided free lockers in the rooms, eliminating the need to bring your own lock. These features added a level of convenience and comfort to my stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, only working in the lobby and not in the rooms. This made it difficult to stay connected and get work done.

We had a great experience at Capsule. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the pink metro line. There were plenty of street food vendors, cafes, and shops nearby, making it super easy to find food. Michele at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She even showed us a route to the airport that wasn't offered by Google Maps, saving us money on transportation. the hostel may be small, but it was clean and cozy. We loved the capsule-style beds, which were surprisingly comfortable. the hostel also offered mini hygienic products at the reception in case we forgot anything at home. a great stay!
Nothing, it was perfect! 💯.

Convenient location near public transportation and popular area for dining and shopping. Separate cabins in the VIP dorm offer privacy. Immediate availability of warm water in showers. Comfortable beds and pillows in the female dorm. Ideal for those seeking a quiet stay rather than a social atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the capsules that offered plenty of privacy and had convenient features like lights and chargers. The location was in a great area, close to a market with delicious and affordable food options, and within a safe 40-minute walk to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The location of this hostel is unbeatable! It's just a 5-minute walk from Paseo de la Reforma, and the neighborhood of Colonia Juarez is a great area to explore. The price is also very affordable, which is a big plus for budget travelers like me.
There were a few things that I didn't like about my stay at this hostel. the lack of a communal kitchen and chill-out area was a bit disappointing.

The VIP room with its single bed and curtain offers a sense of privacy that is rare in hostels. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the metrobus and a couple of blocks from Reforma Avenue. The bed pods are comfortable and allow for individual space, with sound insulation that allows for watching videos without disturbing others. The terrace, though small, is well-kept and a nice space to relax.
Felt cared for, no complaints.
